Never rrturnd calls customer SERVICE SUCKS. Have been treated badly was pushed to buy a vehicle i did not want...I did NOT PURCHASE. AND will Nrvet go back i would not recommed.
Very unhappy bought a vehicle a week ago today, they took care of one known issue the Monday after we bought it then the air bag light came in took it back (they loaned us a gas guzzler) reset the light with in 24 hours the airbag light is back on!! Why was it not diagnosed and fixed right the first time?? Today's loaner is a van with the gas light on I bought an SUV had plans of going into the woods on back woods roads the van does not set high enough. Sale crew claims they are trying I feel as though they don't get the fact I picked out an SUV I want the vehicle I picked out! NOT HAPPY have asked for the owner to call us. I've had the vehicle just a week and already issues, not a good sign.
Do not recommend. Salesmen were extremely rude, lazy, and unmotivated to move a car off the lot... personally would not give “Tutles” my time/business. Extremely unhelpful, disorganized, and unprofessional.

Both vehicles purchased through this dealer have been lemons. 2 more years to pay on current 4 year loan vehicle and I've already had to put $2,500 - $3,000 into it for maintenance / repair bills. Vehicle before was a Nissan SE pickup that had the frame rot out within a couple years of purchase. In my opinion if you can / do need to get financed anyway? GO ELSEWHERE PLEASE! Otherwise, purchase at your own risk for you have been warned...
